Establishing climate targets

We define the respective ESG targets in our Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The balanced scorecard includes a number of key performance indicators (KPIs) that are aligned with Woco's ESG goals.

 

It is extremely important for Woco that all departments, without exception, are involved and networked. Our sustainability ambitions are anchored throughout the company by the department heads.

For example, the finance department tracks KPI's relating to the transparency of financial reporting and compliance with ethical standards. The HR department has its own KPIs relating to employee engagement, diversity and training on ESG topics. The operations department integrates KPIs on greenhouse gas emissions reduction and waste management. Production and material manufacturing have precise targets for emissions reduction with transparent KPIs.
 

By integrating ESG KPIs into each department's balanced scorecard, Woco ensures that ESG objectives are incorporated into daily operations and decision-making. This helps to create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement on ESG issues and supports Woco in meeting all ESG commitments and pledges.
