Occupational health and safety

As an employer, the health and safety of our employees is important to us.
 

Occupational health and safety is therefore an integral part of our management system and is taken into account at all production sites.

To confirm the effectiveness of our system, we are gradually introducing certification in accordance with ISO 45001.

To date, 80% of our production sites in the automotive sector have already successfully completed certification.

Training and skills development

Woco has implemented a comprehensive talent management process to promote sustainable employee development.
 

The program includes a mentoring program, individual development plans, two talent qualifications, framework events and leadership training. The aim is to help employees realize their full potential, expand their network and develop a better understanding of other departments. This strengthens their skills and promotes their professional development.
